The real Estate Award organized by ICICI Bank, CNBC Awaaz had everyone sitting on the edge of their seats on August 17^th 2007. The raptured audience cheered and jeered when real estate Big-Wigs accepted their trophies.

CRISIL, an International Quality Rating giant, played a major role in had picking the Nominations from hundreds of entries received from the Nationwide participations, in the categories of Builders, Real Estate Corporates and the likes for their Projects in various categories. Also included were the Architects and Interior designers for their special project submissions, Arch. Prem Nath was one of them and probably the only one with maximum nominations (3 out of 4 categories).

Prem Nath & Associates was passed thru the Intellectual minds and eyes of five Jury Members from Real Estate Giants like, JLL Meghraj, CRISIL, etc.

And Yes, one skipped a Heart Beat, when the Special Award for High End Residential Interiors was announced, an award which was presented to Architect Prem Nath, amongst the audience with mega builders, politicians and renowned personalities, like Hon. Mis. Jaipal Reddy, Mr. Vaidyanathan & Mr. Rajeev Sabarwal of ICICI Bank, Mr. Anuj Puri of JLL Meghraj, Mr. Niranjan Hirranandani, Prof. Anil Laul, and so on.
