From its wide array of projects, M/s Prem Nath & Associates recently received Environmental Clearance with ‘Gold Grading’ accreditation for one of its Residential  Township Project Near Bathinda, Punjab, from the Ministry of Environment & Forest’s  (MoEF).

This project will house 600+ refinery staff of HP Mittal Energy Group Ltd. on an area of 150 acres. The Green Township will have villas, apartments along with essential amenities like school, nursing home, auditorium, club, recreational spaces & shopping arcade etc.

This township was perceived & conceptualized by Architect Prem Nath to be a model green town with eco-friendly features. Optimum use of local resources, simplistic engineering systems, low VOC material, fly ash, solar/photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting, vermi-composition and above all a lot of Green Space with local plantations are some of the measures take to make this township not just green from the surface but  from within.
